For security reasons, detailed location information will be provided only to users whose reservations have been confirmed.
・JPY 3,300 per day / per child
・JPY 1,650 per day / per child (siblings discount: second child and beyond within the same family)
・JPY 660 per hour / per child (up to 4 hours per day)
If usage exceeds 4 hours per day, please apply for the full-day rate.
Costs for diapers and any extended care outside the listed hours are not included.

This is a reservation-only service. Walk-in use is not available.
This childcare service requires advance payment in principle.
If payment is not confirmed by the designated deadline, the reservation will be
automatically cancelled.
If advance payment is difficult due to overseas participation or other unavoidable circumstances, please indicate this in the application form.
Please apply only after agreeing to the following cancellation policy.
・Fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
・This includes, but is not limited to:
child’s illness, transportation delays or cancellations, or conference participation cancellation.
・If you do not arrive without prior notice, 100% of the fee will be charged.
・This also applies to users who planned to pay in cash on the day; payment will be invoiced later.
This childcare service is operated by Unifam Co., Ltd. (Takusupo) and is covered by insurance for accidents occurring during childcare.
However, Unifam Co., Ltd. shall not be held responsible for accidents not caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
NEURO2026 and the conference organizers bear no responsibility for accidents occurring during childcare.
Are microwave ovens or refrigerators available?
→ No. As this is a temporary childcare room, such equipment is not available.
Please prepare food and drinks that can be stored at room temperature.
Do I need to bring bedding for naps?
→ Nap mats and towels/blankets will be provided by the childcare room.
Can I bring my child’s favorite toy?
→ While you may bring a personal toy, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. To avoid potential issues, we do not recommend bringing personal toys.
May I check on my child during break time?
→ As this is group childcare, and in order to ensure consideration for other children and to maintain an environment where all children can focus on activities, parents/guardians are not permitted to enter the childcare room. Thank you for your understanding.
